Portrait of Jordi Juncà
i. Biography
Jordi Juncà is the chef at Ca l'Enric in La Vall de Bianya, where he has led the kitchen for about twenty years and is identified with the restaurant’s creative modern Catalan cooking. He is one of the Juncà siblings running the family restaurant, with Jordi and Isabel in the kitchen and Joan handling the dining room and wine service. A 2025 restaurant guide also lists him as Executive Chef at Ca l'Enric.
