Jörg Scherle is the chef and patron at ZUR WEINSTEIGE in Stuttgart. He is one of the duo heading the kitchen with Holger Haag, and the restaurant’s own Jörg Scherle is both executive chef and managing director/in-house patron connected to the hotel and restaurant operation. He is the owner of Koi Stuttgart, a business dealing in Japanese koi carp for more than 20 years.
