    Jörg Wissmann is the owner and head chef of Jae in Düsseldorf. His background includes Ringhotel Eggert in Münster, Wielandstuben in Hamm, Vendôme in Bergisch Gladbach, and Düsseldorf restaurants including Victorian, Monkeys, Nagaya, and Agata's. At Agata's he led the kitchen to its first Michelin star before opening Jae in late 2022, where his cooking combines European fine-dining technique with Korean and broader Asian influences.
