i. Biography
Jorge Guzmán is a Minneapolis-based chef who was tapped in 2014 to lead the culinary program at Surly Brewing Company, where he later served as executive chef of the brewery’s Brewer’s Table restaurant in Minneapolis. By 2020, he had moved on from Surly and later became chef and partner at other Minneapolis restaurants, including Petite León and Chilango.
