Jorge Monzón Pascual

Jorge Monzón Pascual is a Burgos-based vigneron and winemaker who co-founded Dominio del Águila in La Aguilera, Ribera del Duero, with Isabel Rodero in 2010. The estate says he has worked there full time since 2013, and multiple wine trade profiles describe him as the driving force behind the project and a family winemaker rooted in La Aguilera. He is also reported to have studied viticulture and oenology in Bordeaux and Burgundy and to have worked at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Vega Sicilia Group, and Bodegas Arzuaga before founding his own winery.
