José Luis Hinostroza

José Luis Hinostroza is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of ARCA Tulum, where he leads a product-driven, open-fire approach to contemporary Mexican cuisine in Tulum, Quintana Roo. He is also the founder of Mecenas Bar in Guadalajara, and recent profiles note additional hospitality projects including MIRA Fireside in Valle de Guadalupe.
