José Ramón Ezkurdia is the chef associated with Antonio Bar in Donostia / San Sebastián, where he is running the kitchen and creating a seasonal menu with market-fresh ingredients. He has worked in the kitchens of Akelarre, Panier Fleuri, and Urepel, and having served as head chef at Urepel before joining Antonio Bar in late 2012 or 2013.
