Josh Donaghay-Spire is Chapel Down’s Head Winemaker and Operations Director in Kent, England. Chapel Down says he joined the company in 2010 after completing a BSc in Viticulture and Oenology at Plumpton College, and that he was promoted to Head Winemaker in 2013 and Operations Director in 2022. He has been recognized as the Drinks Business’ English Winemaker of the Year and named among Walpole’s 50 Most Influential People in British Luxury.
