Joshua Boissy is the co-founder and owner of Maison Premiere, the Williamsburg oyster and cocktail bar he opened in 2011 with Krystof Zizka. He is also a co-founder of Tigre, the Lower East Side cocktail lounge from the Maison Premiere team, where he is publicly identified as co-founder and CEO.
