Julian Pallaruelo is a Toulouse wine merchant, founder of Des Bouchons, and owner of Magnum Toulouse. A Maître Caviste, he was a finalist in France’s Best Wine Merchant competition in 2024 and 2026. He took over Magnum more than a year before July 2026 and continues it as a wine bar and restaurant focused on artisan wines and seasonal food.
