Julio de la Rosa is the Chef de Cuisine at Bottega in Birmingham, Alabama, where he directs kitchen operations and seasonal Italian menu development alongside Frank Stitt. He previously spent six years in Seattle honing his Italian culinary repertoire, serving as Executive Chef at Cinque Terre Ristorante and training as a pizzaiolo and cook under Chef Walter Pisano at Tulio.
