i. Biography
Justin Chapple is an American chef, recipe developer, food writer, and author serving as the Culinary Director-at-Large for Food & Wine. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, he began his career cooking on restaurant lines before transitioning to food media at Food & Wine in 2010. He created and hosted the long-running video series Mad Genius Tips, which earned two James Beard Foundation Award nominations, and has authored cookbooks including Mad Genius Tips and Just Cook It!.
