He is Culinary Director at Ballyhoo Hospitality starting in July 2025, while also noting private-chef work through The Chef Around The Corner since June 2021. Earlier records place him as executive chef for the opening of Oceanaire Seafood Room in Cincinnati in 2008, and later as a chef with Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants from October 2022 to May 2025.
