Justin Pichetrungsi is the chef and owner of Anajak Thai Cuisine in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, where he returned to helm the family restaurant in 2019 after his father suffered a stroke. Under his leadership, Anajak expanded beyond its traditional Thai roots into a more regional and modern program, including Thai Taco Tuesday, an omakase format, and a notable wine program. He received the James Beard Award for Best Chef California in 2023 and was named a Food & Wine Best New Chef in 2022.
