Justin Shun Wah is the co-founder and co-owner of Bar Leone in Hong Kong’s Central district, a cocktail bar that became the first Asian bar to reach No. 1 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2025. Public reporting also identifies him as handling the operations and business side of Bar Leone, while the bar’s creative vision is led by his co-founder Lorenzo Antinori. He was born in Hong Kong to a Macanese mother, and Bar Leone expanded to Shanghai in 2025 with Shun Wah and Antinori publicly announced as co-founders of the new site.
