Kapri Robinson

Kapri Robinson is a Washington, D.C.-based bartender and spirits educator associated with Allegory at the Eaton hotel in Washington, D.C., where she helped co-create the bar’s award-winning cocktail menu. She is also the founder and president of Chocolate City’s Best, described by Allegory as the world’s first Black and Brown bartender competition, and she was named U.S. Bartender of the Year by the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards in 2024.
