i. Biography
Karoline Walch is a proprietor at the family-run Elena Walch winery in Alto Adige, where she and her sister Julia have led the business since 2013. She represents the fifth generation of the Walch family’s wine business and, together with Julia, also founded Moncalisse, a Trentodoc sparkling-wine estate near Trento. She is part of the next generation steering the estate’s ongoing quality- and innovation-focused direction.
