Kate Boushel is a Montreal-based bartender and hospitality executive associated with Groupe Barroco, where she serves as partner and director of beverage and education. She joined Atwater Cocktail Club in 2016 as a bartender and later oversaw beverage programs across Barroco’s venues, including Atwater Cocktail Club, Milky Way Cocktail Bar, and Bon Délire. In 2024, she was named North America’s Best Bartender by the Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award.
