Katy Powers is the Culinary Director of The Neighborhood Dining Group (NDG) in Charleston, where she oversees menu development and chef teams across the concept. NDG says she was born and raised in Milwaukee, started her career as a pastry chef, earned a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and joined NDG at McCrady’s before moving onto the executive team. Separate hospitality-industry records also identify a different Katy Powers who worked in hotel operations at The Wigwam in Arizona, so the identity remains ambiguous and the records should not be merged.
