Keith Theodore

Keith Theodore is Executive Chef at The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, where the resort describes him as leading Element 47’s seasonal, classic cuisine. The Little Nell’s official talent page says he was raised in Maryland, began cooking at age 10, joined The Broadmoor in 1993 as a cook’s apprentice under Siegfried Eisenberger, and later held key roles at Omni La Mansión del Rio, The St. Regis Aspen, and Syzygy Restaurant before becoming The Little Nell’s Executive Chef again in 2023.
