Kelly Nam

Kelly Nam is a pastry chef and partner best known for her work at Joomak Banjum in New York City, where she served as Executive Pastry Chef/Partner alongside Jiho Kim and Sarah Kang. She was formerly the pastry chef at Electric Lemon and earlier worked in pastry kitchens including Radius in Boston, L’Espalier in Boston, Nobu 57, Gordon Ramsay at The London Hotel, The Modern, and Frenchie in Paris., she was named MICHELIN Guide New York Pastry Chef of the Year.
