Kenneth Toft-Hansen is a Danish chef associated with Svinkløv Badehotel in North Jutland, where he has served as kitchen chef and later as co-lessee/co-runner of the property with his wife Louise Toft-Hansen. He won Bocuse d’Or in 2019, becoming only the second Dane to do so, and his work at Svinkløv emphasizes seasonal, regional ingredients and refined Nordic simplicity.
