i. Biography
Kevin Born is the wine director at RT Bistro in San Francisco, where he handles the beverage side of the Rich Table team’s new restaurant. RT Bistro’s site lists him as Wine Director, and a 2025 report noted he and bar director Marisa Miller would oversee the beverage program for the opening. Before joining Rich Table in September 2017, he was Wine Director at Volta after moving to San Francisco in November 2015 to pursue a hospitality career.
