i. Biography
Kevin Sbraga is a Philadelphia-area chef and restaurateur who won Bravo’s Season 7 of Top Chef and later opened his namesake restaurant, Sbraga, in Philadelphia in 2011. He served as executive chef at Rat’s Restaurant at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, New Jersey, before launching Sbraga, then expanded with The Fat Ham in Philadelphia and Sbraga & Company in Jacksonville. More recently, he has been described as principal of Sbraga Consulting and founder of Sonny & Sons.
