i. Biography
Kostas Karvounis is the barchef at Dunlin in Innsbruck, Austria. Kostas is the person behind the bar’s style and hospitality. He is a Greek-born or Greek-rooted bartender who had worked across Styria, Greece, and Tirol before opening his own bar in Innsbruck in 2020. Dunlin was later listed among Europe’s 50 Best Bars, with Karvounis named as barchef.
