Kristian Arpe-Møller is a Danish chef and co-owner of formel B in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, which he took over in 2003 with Rune Amgild Jochumsen. formel B has held a Michelin star since 2004, and the restaurant describes Arpe-Møller as the kitchen chef who still works in the kitchen day to day.
