KyongHo Choi

KyongHo (Daniel) Choi is an Irish-Korean chef who was cooking at Omnia Bistro and Bar in Melbourne when he won the Pacific regional final of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition in 2024, earning a place in the 2025 Grand Finale. His signature dish, Bacon and Cabbage or Pork and Kimchi, was presented as a reflection of his Korean-Irish heritage, and he was later described as a sous chef at Omnia in Melbourne. He has also been identified as working under chef Stephen Nairn at Omnia, Melbourne.
