Lara Gilmore is an American restaurateur and business partner of Massimo Bottura, closely associated with Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. She has been described as overseeing the growth, international marketing, and communications of the operation, and she is also identified with the family hospitality projects that expanded to Casa Maria Luigia and Al Gatto Verde in Modena. In 2025, she and Bottura received The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Icon Award for their work in food and hospitality.
