Laszlo Badet is a Swiss-born chef and creative food designer based in Paris who created Cantine Laszlo in 2022, where he serves as head chef. Before turning to cooking, he spent the first decade of his career as a *petite-main* in Paris couture ateliers, including work for Chanel, and later described his cuisine as rooted in Swiss-Italian origins and rustic, creative expression.
