Laurence Duhr is a winemaker at Château Pauqué in Grevenmacher, Luxembourg, which she runs with her father Abi Duhr. Her vineyard work includes increasing biodiversity and protecting steep Moselle soils through alternative viticulture, including planting herbs between vines.
