Laurent Cazottes

Laurent Cazottes is a distiller, liqueur maker, and winemaker based in Villeneuve-sur-Vère in the Tarn department of southwest France, where he works from Distillerie et Domaine Cazottes. He is associated with organic and biodynamic farming, producing eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, and natural wines from local fruit and indigenous grape varieties such as Mauzac Rose, Prunelart, Duras, and Folle Noire. He is the founder and maker behind the domaine.
