Leon Pintarič is the chef at Gostilna Rajh in Bakovci, Slovenia, where he is a fifth-generation member of the family shaping the restaurant’s culinary direction. He took over the kitchen in 2020 and is credited with continuing Rajh’s Prekmurje tradition while refining family recipes with a modern touch. He is the chef at Rajh, a restaurant in Murska Sobota/Bakovci.
