Letha McClary is executive chef of 39 Rue de Jean in Charleston. Raised in Kingstree, South Carolina, she studied at the Art Institute of Charleston and worked at 82 Queen before joining 39 Rue de Jean. Her cooking combines French technique with Southern influences, and she mentors the restaurant’s culinary team.
