Lewis Donald is the pitmaster and owner of Sweet Lew’s BBQ in Charlotte, North Carolina. He completed a culinary apprenticeship at The Greenbrier and worked in restaurants and private clubs across several states. At Sweet Lew’s, he specializes in traditional Carolina barbecue cooked over wood.
