i. Biography
Lin Ju-Wei is a Taiwanese chef who led The Guest House at Sheraton Grand Taipei, where the restaurant earned two Michelin stars in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Taipei 2018. He was serving as Executive Chef at YUENJI in Taichung, a restaurant that opened in April 2024 and received a Michelin star within four months. He is the head chef at The Guest House and note that he rose through hotel kitchen experience in Taipei before developing his own approach to Chinese cuisine.
