Liz Lambert is a Texas hotelier and designer best known for conceiving and creating Hotel Saint Cecilia in Austin, which was opened in 2008 by Bunkhouse and is widely described as one of her signature properties. She is also associated with Bunkhouse Group and has been identified in coverage as the owner/designer behind Hotel Saint Cecilia and other Austin-area hospitality projects, including work linked to Hotel San Jose and Jo’s Coffee.
