Luiz Filipe Souza is the chef at Evvai in São Paulo, where the restaurant’s official site describes him as the chef behind its modern, Italian-rooted, author-driven cuisine and its "cozinha Oriundi" concept. He opened Evvai in 2017 in São Paulo’s Pinheiros/Jardins area and later led the restaurant to Michelin recognition, including a second star reported in 2025 coverage.
