Luke Selby

Luke Selby is a chef associated with Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Great Milton, Oxfordshire, where he returned in early 2023 as Executive Head Chef after first starting his career there in 2009 as a commis chef. He progressed at Le Manoir over six years before leaving for restaurants in London and Tokyo, then came back to Raymond Blanc’s Oxfordshire hotel to help lead its kitchens. Belmond described his return as following success at his own Michelin-ranked restaurant, Evelyn’s Table, and later reported that he had achieved his own Michelin star before returning to Le Manoir.
