Luke Walker is the co-founder of Walker Brothers Beverage Co., a Nashville-based beverage company that produces hard and non-alcoholic kombuchas as well as botanical sodas. StarChefs’ 2026 Nashville Rising Stars profile says he entered the food and beverage industry after college, refined his kombucha technique through self-directed study, and helped grow the company to distribution in more than 12 states by 2026.
