Magdalena Schuster is in charge of Befehlhof’s winegrowing business in Vezzano, Schlanders, Italy. Since 2009, she has managed the family winery, working from a farm her family treats as a creative space and viewing its land and wines as one working whole.

Sällent is Val Venosta’s first sparkling wine, a Pinot Blanc–Riesling cuvée named after a mountain in Martello. JERA FRAUELER is a pure-variety Fraueler wine: floral when young, fresh-fruity with herbal nuances, and strongly shaped by vintage. “Fraueler belongs to our business; it offers a lot of room to explore, experiment, and learn.”
