Maggie Kruse

Maggie Kruse is the winemaker at Jordan Vineyard & Winery in Alexander Valley. A 2005 UC Davis graduate in viticulture and enology, she joined Jordan as an enologist in 2006, became assistant winemaker in 2009, associate winemaker in 2016, and head winemaker in 2019. Jordan says she oversees cellar operations and quality control from fermentation and lot evaluation through barrel selection, blending, bâtonnage, cork trials, bottling, and labeling. Her work carries the estate's long-running focus on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay into its next generation.
