i. Biography
Malcolm McMillan is the Chef de Cuisine at Costa, an Italian restaurant operated by Easton Porter Group in Charleston, South Carolina. Raised in Greenville, South Carolina, he graduated from the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas before working at Restaurant 17 and Malagón Mercado y Tapería. After gaining experience in New York City at Wildair and on the opening culinary team at the Michelin-starred Clover Hill, he returned to Charleston to lead the kitchen team at Costa.
