Mami Wakabayashi (若林真実)

Mami Wakabayashi (若林真実) is the brewer and toji at Wakabayashi Brewery (若林醸造) in Ueda, Nagano, where she has worked since 2016 and helped revive full-scale sake production at the family brewery. She is a female toji who returned from office work in Tokyo to restart sake brewing at the brewery.
