Manuel Aquino García is a mezcalero from Logoche, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, producing agave spirits under the Neta label. He is a relatively young master palenquero with nearly twenty years of experience and as a family farmer, artisan, and entrepreneur continuing local traditions in his community.
