i. Biography
Marc Fosh is the chef and owner of Restaurant Marc Fosh in Palma, which he opened in 2009 under the name Simply Fosh. Prior to establishing his own restaurants in Palma, he worked as head chef at Read's Hotel in Santa Maria del Camí. Earlier in his career, he cooked in London at kitchens including The Greenhouse, The Capital Hotel, and The Chelsea Room at The Carlton Tower.
