María José López de Heredia

María José López de Heredia is the fourth generation of the family behind R. López de Heredia Viña Tondonia in Haro, La Rioja, and has been described as the person leading the winery since 2000. She studied viticulture and enology at the University of La Rioja, graduating in 1993, and is associated with the traditional winemaking style that defines Viña Tondonia, including long barrel and bottle aging.
