María Solivellas is the chef at Ca Na Toneta in Caimari, Mallorca, where she leads the kitchen with her sister Teresa Solivellas in a family restaurant focused on seasonal Mallorcan ingredients. María Solivellas is the figure at the helm of the restaurant and note that she has built its cuisine around local produce, island traditions, and a slow-food approach.
