Marijo Curić is the Executive Chef of Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Born and raised in Dubrovnik, he joined the restaurant's kitchen in 2007 and was appointed Executive Chef in 2015. Under his culinary leadership, Restaurant 360 earned its first Michelin star in 2018, making it the first restaurant in Dubrovnik to receive this distinction.
