Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan is the chef associated with The Village Pub in Woodside and Selby’s in Atherton, both part of Bacchus Management Group’s Bay Area dining portfolio. Official and trade sources describe him as Executive Chef/partner who helped launch The Village Pub in 2001 and later oversaw the cuisine at Selby’s, which opened in Atherton in 2019. He has also been recognized by Food & Wine as one of America’s Best New Chefs and has earned Michelin recognition at multiple Bacchus restaurants, including The Village Pub and Selby’s.
