Maroš Dzurus is a Slovak hospitality professional who was bar manager at Himkok in Oslo, where he helped shape the bar’s menu development and team operations. By 2026, he had moved to Amsterdam as Director of Bars and Beverage at Advocatuur within Rosewood Amsterdam. Sources also is having progressed through Himkok from head bartender to bar manager and as a third-generation hospitality professional from Slovakia.
